With our combined experiences, we aim to provide an experience different from any other facility. While doing so, we also aim to provide the same care and attention that we would want for our own loved ones.
Ashley Theodore, RN, BSN
Co-Founder
Ashley is the healthcare side of our team. Ashley graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree in nursing and has a background in geriatric care and health care management. She has worked along side her mother who has been an operator of Assisted Living Facilities for over ten years.
House Managers
Each Sapphire House has a House manager responsible for the day-to-day functions of each home.
Juny Sylus
Co-founder
Juny is the administrative part of our company. Her background is in the non-profit sector by way of case management and facilitation of Community Support Programs. Juny has made strides in changing the current standard of Senior Care in respective communities through advocating for those affected by Alzheimer's and Dementia.
Resident Care Technicians
Resident Care Techs provide direct care to our residents within the home. In order to assure the safety of our residents, Resident Care Techs are carefully selected by our team.
